The Company has always been attentive to its shareholders' needs. It has been a constant dividend paying company since its maiden Public Issue in the year 1995.

The shares of the Company are listed in Bombay Stock Exchange (Script Code 530315) and Delhi Stock Exchange. Further, the shares of the company are available for trading in Demat form.

HTWL has a full-fledged Secretarial Department headed by the Company Secretary. A Shareholder's Grievance Committee to look into their complaints. It has also set up a Share Transfer Committee to ensure that physical shares lodged for transfer are transferred within 15 days of receipt of the shares.
