The fact that we perform over 150 checks / tests to make one can, 80 checks to manufacture the RLT (Top Set), 50 checks for manufacturing every bottom end bears ample testimony to our unflinching endeavour to meet international packaging requirements.
Our sophisticated labs equipped with state of the art machines from Wilco, Stanomatic, Sencon, Kuhnke, etc, and apparatuses are capable of carrying out a series of advanced tests including- lacquer adhesion tests, enamel rating tests, Burst pressure checks, online leakage tests, metallurgical analysis, film weight check and other quality checks throughout the manufacturing cycle to exceed our customers’ expectations with regard to cost, quality and timely delivery.
